I like the feeling of depth and the way the eyes are drawn into the picture, and the textures of the planks.

I like this. The texture of the wood played against the texture of the water is satisfying. You might try a crop that excludes the out-of-focus wood in the foreground - up to the plants popping through the deck. Nice work.
