i am not a fan of gun photos but i keep coming back to this ..
i think it is fun how without even thinking about it, we know it is a gun
and the whole rest of subject is hidden from view

Correct, the gun is a revolver and was verified safe, no rounds in the cylinder at all, and only touched by me and no one even knew what I was up to in my basement. I know the rules when it comes to gun safety and I would never do this normally. The only reason I did this was the fact that I thought it would be an interesting image to make. It's a view I hope no one and myself ever get to see for real!
