We spent a cold, wet, windy day in Braunschweig. The sun found a chink in the clouds for a few seconds while I photographed the front of the Palace Arcade. The statue was highlighted, and that was it. All the other photos from that day are gray, gray, gray.

Hmm, the scanner has blown the highlights somewhat - there are details in the statue not visible here.
