if this print is as minimul as i see it on my screen...it would be a woderful abstraction

Yes, just a creek cutting the snow. The better of the prints is in my wife's office, which was blue toned, suited the image well. For some reason, this does not appear as sharp as the print. I know not much about scanning technique.

i love this , the dog with deep black , white with some textures with a few hints of grey...how large is this ?

Ah, but it is a cropped 8X10. Maybe the picture she is taking here is more interesting, but I have never seen it.
