Thomas and I met up with a gallery today and I made a few plates. This one was the last of the day... exposure times were getting long as well as development times due to the cold 28 Deg f weather! This plate fogged a little due to the much longer developement. I should have exposed this for closer to 20 seconds to get better brightness.

I quite like this fogginess, as well as those smudges- gives it something real. Great face as well.
 
Yes, whatever imperfections you think are here, I think it is a very compelling image. I don't see or feel any detractors. Hope to see a collodion on aluminum up close, someday. Thanks for showing.
