Great execution! I'm a big fan of dead plant matter myself...

Lovely composition, but the creased sheet is a distraction. An easy background is a half sheet of formica - light grey or even black. It bends easily into handy cove and never needs ironing.
Dead plant matter is very photogenic.

Thanks for the suggestion, Morry, but I actually like the subtle texture in the background. Just differences in tastes I guess. I do like the formica idea - I may give it a try.
