Aside from the fact that it's a photo of a girl on a bed (which is enjoyable in its own right) this is wonderfully composed. I love how it's lit and the slanted photographs on the left lend to the composition very well. It feels very impromptu but also very organized - nicely done.

I see that too. I also like the sharpness in the face fading to soft. It makes the face stand out.

I love the inclusion of the cigarette... the more I look at the eyes, the wackier the expression becomes (in a surreal way... being upside-down). Cool...

Agree with all above, and also what James said about the slanted picture frame. Just fits in the whole atmosphere created in the photograph.
