I arrived in near darkness on this morning, the last of our stay in Tuscany. When I had set up, the mid tone reading on the grass by the side of the Belvedere was EV 0.3!! Thus the composition was slightly out, such as the partial tree on the LHS and I have taken a very slight crop from the RHS where an unsightly pole took it upon itself to creep into the shot.
I keep beating myself up about not checking the framing rigorously enough to have alleviated this, but was keen to catch that moment and ensure filtration of sky was correct.
