A really successful image IMO. I like the geometry of the wicker and the withered leaf adds a good detail. On my cheap monitor the tones look very good. Thanks.

I am using this today for my monitor background. Any chance you could post a higher resolution image someplace or e-mail one to me? I know this has a lot more detail than this 149kb scan contains. Perhaps you would be willing to offer some contact prints on the print exchange.

This is really beautiful! I'll be the actual print has such great depth that you could almost feel the roughness of the rattan. I love the toning, the composition, the dof, the textures... the whole package!

Thanks to you all for kind words and good observations. Gma- I posted a larger imager temporarily here- http://www.ascsa.edu.gr/corinth/temp/sunflower%20copy1280wd.jpg As far as a contact prints, this one was a big post-visualization and the neg is not so well composed. I have been meaning to reshoot with this composition and another I was working with but such a nice flower hasn't yet bloomed.
