Hi Logan,
no there was no copyright violation by anyone from APUG. The statement was just a precaution. I just joined APUG so I am not sure what is going on around here. I am not so worried about APUG people either but I was under the impression that anyone could access this gallery? Not sure whether that's true? Well, anyone can just register and become a member. That's for sure. Unfortunately, one cannot be careful enough with these things nowadays.
