Check out the Color: Film, Paper, and Chemistry forum here. People are using ordinary RA4 kits in trays at room temperature. Development time has to be doubled, I think, but few other changes. I did it once with an Arista RA4 kit from Freestyle, and I think the prints came out looking pretty good, color wise.
