Thank you people. Roger Hicks has a theory that it is not so much how good your gear is, but how well you mesh with it that inflicts upon your success rate. I love using the Kowa. Roger may be right there.

Thank you people. I woke up to a rather brisk 20C below, approx -4F.

The light this far north at this time of year means you can take pictures with low sunlight and long shadows all day long. This was shot 5 minutes after the sun came over the horizon at 10 in the morning.
