After wasting several rolls, I found out how to handle this film so it produces IR Film results.
Obviously at sea level there is a lot of infrarred radiation available and being reflected.
I had interesting results in the mountains, where I found plants that efficiently absorb IR radiation and reflect very little. They do it to retain heat, and not - as I thought - just to piss me off.
@Andrew O'Neill Thanks Andrew & Raphael. I think that stripe patten might come from a not-entirely-light-leak-proof room where I loadedthefilm, although film edge is clear as tape.
