Clouds over the Absarokas

First experiment with Fomatoner Sepia. The detail in the cloud highlights didn't quite make it back from the bleaching, so when printing again I would give this a bit more exposure to the upper portion of the print.

I like your shot and the toning works fine . But I would have preferred if the cloud formation had ended before it ran out on the RHS or the clouds covered the entire width of your photo. This is not a major critism, but I can't help but notice it.

Yes, I agree completely. Incidentally I uploaded a version of this print to Instagram the other day and I noticed the square format, which caused the clouds to span the entire width and brought the peak in the sunlight forward a bit more, focused the image. I'll try it like that soon I think.
