I set out to reprint a negative of a closed gasoline station in North Carolina. In the process I found a different perspective of the same scene that I like better. Comments appreciated.

Wonderful image!

"...In the process I found a different perspective of the same scene that I like better."

I find this statement to be true lately as I learn Lith.

It's amazing that there's only 3 digits on the "THIS SALE" counter back then, I guess $9.99 was the max you can buy.

This is great Dan. The starkness and tones really match the scene. Excellent all around

When gas was $0.10/gal you would have to have a 100 gal tank to get over $9.99

I am a sucker for old gas stations, good job. I would like to see this shot a bit more loose, like a step or to back. I think this images makes you want to think, I want to see more. m2c

I love this kind of work. Nicely balanced, I just wonder if there is more to the left of the actual petrol pump.
