We were driving from Texas to Michigan, returning my step son's truck, as he deployed out of Ft. Hood for Afghanistan. This was in some small town in Louisiana. It's hand colored with crayon and artist pencil.

How much? The tiny for sale sign is in the front. Hand coloring makes it a unique and a one of a kind. I like the crenelated roof detail.
 
I've been trying to think of that term, crenellated, Curt. Thanks.
No John, the wax pastels didn't seem to work for this. I ended up washing them off and going with the crayon and art pencils. I need to try the pastels more to find the technique.
