My first real try of the Vivitar 285HV I recently bought. I had the kid's mother (my "assistant") hold a white board so I could bounce the flash off it. I liked the result. The thrystor thing did a nice job controlling the amount of light. Sorry for the dust specs I couldn't get rid of. They were on the scanner, not on the print.
