A foggy day in the city (or what passes for a city around here, anyway).
I'm not completely comfortable with an image that's dependant on a particular printing technique. But as a straight print this picture doesn't convey the atmosphere that I saw when I made the exposure. As a lith, however, it captures what I saw.
Beautiful. But just to follow the great american photographic tradition it needs that small figure in black walking away into the picture. Check out William Gedney: Brooklyn,1969.
