Your exposure of the the statue and plinth are excellent but its after that that the problems begin. Your photo is titled "City Hall" but the statue and lamp dominates the photo. The pointing finger crosses over the flag pole whereas I feel there should be a slight gap between them in order to create tension. These are of course my own opinions and you are free to accept or reject them. Feed back is important and I hope that you can accept it in the spirit that it is intended.
