Heard a person shouting on the street behind me, and saw this woman ambling towards me. Kinda expected the worst, to be honest, as it was clear she was either intoxicated or in a delusional state. But, to my surprise, she smiled and asked if I'd take her picture! Happily there was nice light nearby.

@Maxwell Thanks...you can't see it in this shot as it's in shadow, but on the left side of her neck is a line of REALLY scary looking metal staples...I can't imagine how that happened.
