Maybe it's a (western) Canadian phenomenon, but it seems every small town - no matter how small or close to disappearing it may be - has a Chinese restaurant. A unique (and usually not healthy) form of westernized Chinese food, the menu is pretty standard wherever you go.
Idaho, too. There's one up in Gooding, population 3,567 (up slightly from 3,542 in 2017). The New China House Restaurant. Haven't eaten there for 10 years, but I remember it being pretty good, if not healthy. Our server, a former student's daughter, recognized me (Gooding is 30 miles away, but the Magic Valley tends to be tight-knit, not to say insular). Anyway, the place looks pretty much like your image here.
