Do bear in mind that this store is in a latino neighborhood, so the name is a play on "chicas", the Spanish word for "girls". Doesn't really make it any less sexist or inappropriate.

Presumably it doesn't bother the target market. One detail that was notable is that the half-manikins are made to emulate the stance in serious heels. So the market must be large enough to be worth the custom display.
