Now, this is an image I had a hell of a hard time scanning... Being mostly highlights, the tones kept wanting to come out exagerated or muddy, never quite right.

The weekend I spent in Japan was cool for a variety of reasons, one being the cherry trees in full bloom everywhere. Well, they were actually past the "sweet spot", but I didn't mind.

I'm starting to pay more attention to trees now a days, so this may be a sign of more things to come.
