I am going to get a bit of flak from the purist B&W people here , but the fact that in your description you felt you needed to describe the colours , Would it have more impact if shot in colour? Cheers Gary
 
Interesting point, and you are right I think the impact would of been much better. Although I had no colour film, still I'm learning so please forgive me :smile:

Sorry i was probably just thinking out load , If i can give a tip if you have a red filter in your kit look at a scene through it not on the camera , just look through it , It will give you an idea of how a scene will translate to b&W , I have had the opposite problem to you recently i just felt the scene in B&W and only had colour film , Keep submitting those images and above all have fun with it .Cheers Gary
