Have you tried cropping out half the foliage and focus the view on the moving water ?

I have not, you see my biggest issue is at the moment I am taking images to try and get the most on the neg so I tend to not think about cropping and stuff, and I am still struggling with getting my negs right.
What is your process of the final image regards cropping and dodge and burn?
