Chateau Pichon-Longueville au Baron de Pichon-Longueville

Why the long name? Well there are two Pichon-Longueville Chateaux' thats why. The other being the Comtesse de Lalande. This one however being the more pleasing to the eye. They evidently make good wine too, even if the Barons themselves sold out some time ago. Second growth too, so expensive.

Striking symmetry. And no parking...

Wonderful composition and great tonality range.

It's an interesting composition with a broad expanse of 'nothing' in the foreground that somehow seems to emphasise the solidity of the chateau. I rather like it.

Thank you all.
