Chained Chair

In Roy, folks are quite friendly, they'll even put a chair out on the sidewalk for the occasional visitor. But they'd prefer you didn't carry it away. It's not that it's valuable, but like the pen at the bank counter, a string keeps it handy for the next fellow.

Roy, a small town out in the endless grasslands of Eastern New Mexico.
