What a beautiful place. The sky is superb. They seem to be unconcerned with flooding. From the looks of the architecture, its been there a long while with no evidence of a problem.

Vltava - Wełtawa If I remember well from a visit in their local museum - the last major flooding had occured some 50-60 years ago..
