Question: What else are you trying to say, except making it look old?
I think the printing technique lends a very lovely look; but the picture itself doesn't tell me much.

What does anything mean? It's just a sad little still life that I wish was a little sharper but I liked the abstraction, the placement of objects, and the lines.

Not sad at all. I'm just trying to say that your technique could be well exploited.

Personally, I find it interesting and extremely difficult to tell a story with pictures, or give the pictures any meaning. Still life is fine.

I love these kind of pictures; I refer to this as 'slow looking'; you (photographer & I as a viewer) glance at a non-specific manner. Nothing is heavy, all is 'light'. Thanks

Thomas, I totally understood what you meant and I took it in a good way. Sad was my word and I meant sad=lonely. :smile:JB
