Beautiful series! The 'diptych' format very well befits the subject(s), with the rough edges themselves evoking chiseled slabs of stone. Thank you for showing this work.
Really nice images, they work really well together. The flower close up is my fave. How do you get the broken edges when you're printing on normal photographic paper not handcoated stuff?
jarvman...the jagged edge is simple but really frustrating in this diptych set up cuz i am having issues with aligning top and bottom perfectly...but, the edge comes from the fact that i am using a homemade negative carrier, cut from cardboard and obviously larger than the frame of the negative itself.. it was what i used for years before buying a REAL negative carrier. thanks for looking!
