Am I permitted to like this pretty picture? The composition is more than adequate as is the contrast. I would have opted for a bit more resolution. - David Lyga

What leads to further resolution? 1) Accurate focus (Does the focus that you see in the viewfinder match what is in focus on the actual film plane? If not, the mirror angle is off.) 2) With medium format there should be no excuse for lack of stellar sharpness, especially with a bright day like this, negating a need for large apertures. With 35mm I can easily get sharpness that trumps this. I do not know what happened, maybe 3) Was the camera on a tripod? Even so, given the amount of light, you should have been able to hand-hold if your shutter speed was at least 125.

Something went askew here, and I say this because your use of medium format, (and especially large format) are supposed to reveal imagery at its best. - David Lyga
