This type of street photography with a certain humor works very well. Yours does the same well.

@Eric Rose My guess and it is no more than that, is that this may have been taken a a fairly low shutter speed and she moved her face suddenly as it was taken. These days with mobile phones people and their faces are much less static that was the case with "proper" phones on wires

Here hair would have been blurred as well if she moved her head.
