This clothesline was right next to our rustic cabin two weeks ago. I kept eying it up as we were unloading the car. Once we were done and into the quiet light I took few minutes to make an exposure.
Thank you lady and gentlemen. =) I love these quiet little scenes. I was also intrigued by the spacial issues at play. The clothesline was tied around the trees on the edges which were set back behind the center tree. Pressure alone was holding up the clothesline on that tree, but the use of a relatively long lens compressed that space in the image... so, at least for me, the depth was both enhanced and left a bit ambiguous.
