@JWMster thanks. @artonpaper I do my sketching on RC, and proceed to FB if I want something better, RC is cheaper and easier to work with. Also fits in my 8x10 scanner more easily. Have a negative exposure in my 24cm x 30cm camera and if it comes out ok I will make a contact print using Vandyke brown. Im gearing up to start work on wet plate for another challenge.
Ah, I like that you think of it as sketching. So, I admit I had to look at a rule that had both inches and metric. Is there film or paper available in 24cm x 30cm? I do really like the image tone you got toning and bleaching. Can one selenium tone VDB. I have done it with salted paper. The first try the image disappeared completely. Eventually I used something like I:200 dilution. I liked gold toning better.
