Wow your taking your life in your hands! I thought in France you had to ask everyone who is in the photo for their permission before you press the shutter. Beyond that I have enjoyed your Paris series.

Great shot. Was this only the cafe's light? Based on Eric's comments, please reply before the dual in the bois be boulogne - just in case

I know this place well, it's directly opposite the exit of the Lamarck-Caulaincourt metro stop, it was recommended in the Parisian Rough Guide - a great place to sit outside while enjoying the steak and frites etc etc, I usually visit at least once when I'm in Paris

@andrew plume Yes, you have it right, exactly. Happily, our Air BnB was just down the street from here.

It's a wonderful café and a wonderful neighbourhood. Just idyllic.
