I like the color of this better, but somehow in the untoned print, the highlights have more substance and weight, and are a little weak here (in the scan anyway).It's a really beautiful photograph, either way.

Viktor, in respect to what Thomas said, do you think there might some hightlightbleaching going on due to overfixing? I had this happen to me many times, untill I read about the need for short, strong fixbath, before goldtoning lithprints in Tim Rudman's book. Actually this priceless pice of information had been setting on my bookshelf for months..;(
