I like this but I would like it more if it were cropped so that the horizon fell just below the half way mark. I find the lower pebble/rock detail lacks interest for me and I think that would add impact to the lighter areas.
i like the lower half. i like how it can work as a single field of texture or, with a shift of vision, a group of many seperate items. i also like the wide-angle perspective change that happens as the eye moves from the top to bottom of the image. the drama is certainly in the upper half, but the lower half enhances it. very nice work.
I like the whole thing, and the flow of vision through the foreground leads to the wonderful time exposure of the sea. My only request would be to lighten the whole image. I find it too dark overall.

From previous posts I have noticed that you have a very strong personal interpretation of a scene which you are able to portray very well. Your images are always visually strong and have a heavy contrast to accentuate mood. To me this is sympathetic to the subject and in my eye works well. Good work all round
Good to see you posting again.(It was you that posted the shipwreck image about 18 months ago was it not!)
