I think this is marvelous, I'm not sure how you use a Close Up Dioptre on a TLR though, or is it a set of dioptres, one for the taking lens and one for the viewing lens? Mick.
If I were a lepidopterist I would know this species and wouldn't need to ask this question but what were the colours of the butterfly here? As there is no mention of a filter and I will assume it is sitting on a green leaf, I have ruled out the dark colours as being red, or dark blue. The light colour might be yellow or white and the dark colour dark brown or black. This will help me see in B&W - good job you can otherwise it might not have stood out from its platform the way it does.
