Bushkill Falls, PA, USA

My first LF contact print! (Iknow, I know...get over it...)

Taken on an outing with my son's Cub Scout Den. (Do you know what its like trying to keep five 9/10 year olds occupied while you set up your tripod and cam and take readings for four exposures!!!, Sssheeeesh!)

Down in a ravine. Shaded with some sun peeking through.

Truly beautiful image. It seems somewhat soft, sorta like a platinum print. Where you going for the soft look? If not, I recommend stopping down your F/stop more to get a sharper image and better focus.

By the look of the water, I would think your exposure was more then just 1/5th a second.

Thanks, McPhotoX:

This was amoung my first shots with my Crown Graphic. I did want a longer exposure for the effect on the water. The rest of the shot just showed up for the ride. I doouble checked... the shutter is still set: f16@1/5. I was switching between 1/5 and 1/10 for the four shots that I was attempting. Two turned out the other two were double exposed with earlier shots (got the holders mixed up...oops!)

Sorry to take so long replying...

Its a contact print of a 4x5; my first.
