it looks like that giant cruise ship which was just launched -- windows stacked upon windows, with this little tiny functional "ship" part underneath. There were pictures in the news this week. This is sort of like that, packing as much into as little space as possible. Frantic motion, the need to get things done as efficiently as possible.
