8x10 paper, RC or fiber doesn't matter, goes into the film holder and is exposed in camera. The paper is them processed similar to how B&W film can be processed to produce B&W slides: dev, bleach, clear, re-expose, dev, fix. Since each step requires a rinse that makes a total of 10 trays! Produces a unique positive image instead of a negative: that's where the term "reversed" comes from.
