From same negative as blue/black "Age of Steam" bromoil posted yesterday. This one on trial FototImpex Agfa MCC 111 formula - glossy. This is not the best surface for bromoil, I much prefer semi-matt or fine grain matt, but glossy will do in a pinch. The surface of an inked bromoil print with a glossy surface is super fragile and it can be damaged with a touch. After the ink dries I'll spray it with fixative.

No, it's photons on my monitor ....and it's gorgeous. This work is especially evocative of my youth as it has a strong resemblance to the style of illustration in the history texts I used. ( I'd love to have them all with me now....they were wonderful! ) I'm not tempted to do this kind of work myself, but I have unbounded enthusiasm for the way you do it.
