Tony, I love window shots like this. I have a number of them in my portfolio.

The crop feels a bit tight to me on this shot - or not tight enough. I think the lower section of the window might be a shot on its own. I might have stopped down to have sharpened up the background slightly. There is a charm and mystery in those details.

The upper panes look like a companion shot with the interesting patterns to the glass. I would really like to see more of the shot - what surrounds this, what is the context..... You leave me wanting more.

I really like the character you have captured in the wood grain. You can almost feel the splinters. Thanks for sharing.
 
Thanks Bruce, I did agonize over the cropping on this one and didn't expect to get any detail in the background when I took the shot. One that I will revisit I think.
