Those look like 30-06 cases in an RCBS tray  and Sierra 150Gr bullets  Like the bokeh.

Wow, you're skilled Andrew! The only thing not correct? 180 grain not 150

Oh, and yes I like the bokeh too. I am in love with this Nikkor lens. I'm going to really enjoy attempting portraiture with it.

Shooting and reloading was my 'other' money pit hobby. It is that time of year when loading up some ammo is the right thing to do considering I am going deer hunting in the black hills in November  I have a bunch from prior years but I don't shoot my rifles anywhere near as much as I shoot my cameras. I used to shoot NRA Highpower match a lot until a few years ago using an AR-15 with Krieger match barrel with a 1:7 twist to shoot the 80 grainer sierra matchkings at 600 yrds.

Very nice. I can consistently shoot a 380 yard gong with my M39 Mosin Nagant with the standard Russian army issue iron sights. Man I love that gun. Got three variants of the Nagants. M39, M44 and 91/30. I also reload them with good boxer-brass. The 30-06 is a fine round too. For hunting it is the bomb. But in a battle I'll take the 7.62x54R any day over the 30-06. Haven't gotten into hunting yet though. Would like to though. November eh? Got any room in your hunting party?
