committed to showing the print of a previous scan, I can only show a cropped version because I printed this 11"x14" . Continuing to experiment with lith I am using a very mature developer which is replenished and toned with the additives in the Moersch SE5 lith kit. Accidentally-on purpose I added a tiny bit of D after 1 week and this print was snatched at 6 mins. It has beautiful deep blacks and retains brilliance in the highlights that I wanted. The developer is now purplish in fact looks a bit like wine :) . I am sure it will die soon but I am having fun it. This photo met my best/worse critic's (wife) approval is ready for wall mounting :) .

Kal, John, Bert, Andrew, Bill, thanks guys I really appreciate your looking and comments. Wolfgang , my friend, it was under the influence of a glass of a jubilant Barolo that I arrived at the decision to keep using this matured wine (I mean developer) hahahaha! Alas I am sobered by the fact that this vintage will soon run it's course. Thanks !

Beautiful print, Miles! The colors are superb!

I have also come to find out that the 'limited' tray life of lith developers is usually a lot longer than people think.

Hi Thomas, thanks. Your right of course. I also think that lith developer really is neither old or new but instead "ready" when the print contrast, density, and color is manifest the way you want it.
