The scans do not come anywhere near the glory of the film. It's been a long time since I shot Velvia and had forgotten how wonderful it is, especially in 120. Only the 4th roll I've put through this camera and it just gets more and more enjoyable.

The magenta is almost certainly due to the lab...unless the film is a few years out of date.
 
It may well be a bit out of date. I know from seeing earlier comments on other's photos that you have a lot better eye than I do. Even though you have pointed it out, I struggle to see it.
