Ooo, that's pretty (and what a gorgeous child!). I love that edge of his skin, (stage left?) modeling on his shoulder, and the bubbles. All of it, actually. Pretty light on his face. Is that bouncing from white all around him?

Tell me about an ETRS. How does that compare in size & shape to a Hassy? I'm always amazed by those who shoot MF, handheld. Is it big and heavy?

To me, that's a beautiful image!

Thanks, Janet. I have to say, I really love this one. Hopefully it comes through OK online. He is indeed a gorgeous kid, and polite and precocious to boot. The light was coming in from my left, bouncing off the white tub which provided the fill.

The ETRS is such a friendly camera, particularly for a woman. It's built very similarly to a Hassy, except that it's largely heavy-duty plastic which makes it much, much lighter. It's slightly smaller than the Bronica SQ-Ai (6X6) that I used for a very long time. Another major benefit of the Bronica over the Hassies I've used is that the focusing ring is much faster and easier to manipulate. I don't find using the ETRS handheld much more difficult than shooting 35mm.

My boys never looked that good in the tub - you need to smudge some dirt on him so it will be more realistic - lol - good job!
