This is a very cool image. Did you just happen upon it or had you seen it before and planned it out? (just curious...) It is very apocalyptic. Thanks.

Hi, this was the second visit to the area, the water was much lower on this occasion, allowing me to get closer to the boat. We had a reasonable snowfall this year so the boat may go under again.
Cheers, Tony

Nice.

I seem to be drawn to decaying boats too. We have a few around here in a similar condition.

A few new boards and she will be floating again!

Is this area usually fully submerged?

Steve.

Hi Steve. This spot used to be a good 10 meters underwater when it was completely full about 15 years ago.

Looks great. Most boat skeletons are not. This one fits the description perfectly.

Like the old gunfighters, keep a print in your inside pocket and whip it out in the saloon without saying a word whenever anyone challenges with: Why B&W?
