I don't know where a BNSF train operates, but the track is interesting in this day and age.

Wooden sleepers with fish plates on every sleeper, tells me that this line either carries very heavy freight, or relatively fast trains.

Nice colourful picture though!

We have one BNSF engine that operates on the local CSX line. This engine is very beautiful with gold paint accents in addition to the usual colors.
 
Clean ballast and wood ties denotes an important main line.
Concrete ties are for Really Really Important Ones.
 
This is a pretty heavily used track. Thanks for the education though. I never would have noticed.
