If the hands were to be the main feature do you not think that the eye is distracted by so much of the picture that is not in fucus ? Just a thought that occurs to me.

The intent was to have the eye flow to and from the focused hands along the line of the garment to the out of focus areas. I never really thought of it being distracting, but of course I'm biased. Thank you for your insight; it gives me something to think about.
